Building a home is quite an undertaking, financial and emotional as well, involving numerous communications between the builder and the buyer. In every instance, your representatives professionally responded to our concerns. They patiently answered our questions and gave us their time and attention-by phone call or visit. I was so impressed by their extensive knowledge of home construction and in decorating. We are ready to "experience the next level" living in the new community and home.

This was our first time building new house and we had a lot to learn. After taking our time and looking at different builders in Troy, we chose Mondrian for its quality, design, location, and the overall value. The sales team at Mondiran took the time to answer all the questions and worked hard to make sure that we are comfortable with all the aspects of the process. We would also like to thank the construction manager and his team for their high level of service. At the end, we moved in a beautiful, spacious, high-quality built house that we will be enjoying for many years to come. Thank you for making this happen!
